Abstract:
The United States embargo on Cuba isolates the U.S. from the rest of the world. It’s hard to see current restrictions as anything but a disguised effort to make the Cuban people’s lives more miserable so they will rise up and try to overthrow the regime. It is time for an American president to scrap this destructive vestige of the Cold War.
