Abstract:

The author reports the results of a study of the attitudes of administrators at Orthodox Jewish day schools toward female administrators in such schools. The author discusses trends and conclusions apparent from the study. Among these: that older administrators are more encouraging of female administratorship than younger administrators; that rabbis are less favorable toward this than non-rabbis; and other conclusions.
