Abstract:
Mentors played significant roles in the success of JTS' Leadership Training Institute for senior administrators from Jewish educational institutions throughout North America. They did so by modeling dynamic, creative and collaborative institutional leadership through their teaching and group facilitation, and showing a deep level of caring and respect for each other and for the fellows.
