Abstract:
Several factors force demographers to move away from study plans based essentially on a combination of multi-stage stratification by Jewish household geographic concentration and door-to-door interviewing. Among others, they must consider the drastic realignments - sociological and financial - that have occurred since completion of the 1970 National Jewish Population Survey.
