Abstract:

The authors present the case history of an individual with severe diffuse prenatal brain damage in order to highlight a team work approach to rehabilitation, in which specialized nursery school teachers, a speech therapist, a psychologist, a neurologist, a pediatrician, a psychiatrist, and a social worker serving as a coordinator, worked together to create a structured environment in which the child could thrive.
