Abstract:

The author discusses the use of social caseworkers as consultants for camps, including staff training and development, assisting children presenting emotional and behavioral problems, and staff relationships. While the author advocates the use of full-time caseworkers in camp staffs when possible, he contends that part-time consultants can still be valuable.
