Abstract:

The author predicts that funding for Jewish communal services to the aged will increase in the future in response to a growing elderly population, and a growing recognition of the need to pursue excellence in these services. The author outlines several possible directions for fundraising to expand beyong allocations from central agencies, such as individual donors and increased service fees.
