Abstract:

This study was born out of an all-encompassing initiative to integrate Jewish values into every aspect of programming that was undertaken by a Jewish Community Center in the Northeast. This initiative was guided by committees that were largely made up of staff who were unfamiliar with Jewish values programming in general and the specific values the executive staff chose to promote: tikkun olam and kehillah.
