Guiding nonprofits effectively into the twenty-first century is dependent on effective leadership. In any organization, as the pace of change accelerates, the nature of its leadership must also change. Change is no longer linear. Organizational change today tends to be faster and less predictable and requires deep-seated adjustments at all levels. Leadership must reflect this.
