Abstract:
Part of a series of reports based on information from the National Jewish Population Survey of 2000-01, this report highlights differences between Jews in various geographical regions of the United States. The author discusses regional distribution, and differences between regions regarding age, household size, education, financial resources, Jewish denomination, ritual observance, communal affiliation and participation, philanthropy, Israel connections, Jewish media use, social networks, and intermarriage.
