Abstract:

The author presents for discussion a plan, created by one of the directors of the St. Louis Jewish Educational and Charitable Association, to provide improved housing conditions for the people whose rent is paid directly or indirectly by the Association. He suggests that these pensioners should be moved to one or more adjoining houses that would be rented and maintained by the Association.
