Abstract:
The author considers some of the possible effects of the war on the Jewish community in Europe and particularly in Russia, and in the United States as a result of increased immigration, and expresses the hope that the human and financial costs of this war will convince the world that it needs fewer weapons and a more peaceful approach to international relations.
