Abstract:
The author delivers a broad overview of some of the pressing issues relevant to Jewish interests and Jewish values all over the world, including Israel, the USSR, Latin America, and Africa. He suggests that the Jewish world has two magnetic centers of power, one in Israel, and the other in America. Both centers, the author asserts, must share responsibility for addressing all these issues facing the Jewish world.
