Abstract:

The author presents results of a study comparing Jewish professionals who work for United Way with Jewish professionals who work for a Jewish Federation. The study examines parameters such as income, education and Jewish identification. The author suggests it would be in the interest of the Jewish Federation to develop a system of "exchange" of Jewish leaders with the United Way.
