Abstract:
The author describes the development of her organization's Mini-Course on Death and Dying for adolescents, an educational approach to grief counseling. The course objectives are to inform students about death, to clarify the grief process, to help students become informed consumers of medical and funeral services, discuss socio-ethical issues, and connect those in need of further assistance with appropriate services.
