Abstract:
The authors discuss the results of a study commissioned by a special Task Force on Federation Personnel of the Council of Jewish Federations. They argue that Jewish Federations must strengthen and intensify the quality of personnel work, while simultaneously opening up the present system to a greater influx of high quality professionals.
