Abstract:
The author describes changes in United Way's recruitment of Jewish leaders, basing her conclusions on a recent study of the involvement of Jewish communal leaders with the United Way. The author draws several implications for consideration by Jewish Federations, including the suggestion that Federations will need to compete more for top Jewish leadership talent in the future.
