Abstract:
It is time to recommit to a new partnership between federations and family service agencies, based on an equal footing and the recognition that families are our most important commumty institution. This renewed sense of dedication to human service issues is essential, particularly in view of expected cutbacks in government funding of Jewish family agencies' budgets.
