Abstract:
Over the past 25 years, Jewish Family Service (JFS) agencies have stood at the forefront of combatting the Jewish community's denial of the existence of homelessness and substance abuse within our community. JFSs have led and shaped the Jewish community's evolving response to meeting the needs of its vulnerable individuals and families.
