Abstract:
Few Jewish Family Service (JFS) agencies today can survive financially with only the support of the Jewish community, and so serving non-Jews has become a reality for most. A new paradigm, in which Jewish values and sound professional practice continue to play central roles, is needed for the JFS agency of the future.
