Abstract:
Jewish Family Service (JFS) agencies and Federations must explore together their ongoing relationships, their common concerns, and their different roles with the goal of developing new strategies to deal with today's challenging realities. JFS agencies represent the community expression of caring and must be part of the communal planning enterprise and not merely service-delivery mechanisms.
