Abstract:
The author argues that American Judaism is currently experiencing a transition into a new form. How the community chooses to respond will greatly affect how Gen X, Gen Y, and future generations choose to live out their Judaism as they grow into adulthood. Communal leaders need to rise to the challenge and create new opportunities for learning and communal involvement.
