Abstract:
The author asserts that mentoring is one of the most powerful means for facilitating an organization's board development and learning. She concludes that the benefits of mentoring have a ripple effect far beyond the individual mentee's learning experience. She provides questions to consider in order to build, grow, and support a viable mentoring culture within an organization.
