Abstract:

There is a well-known shortage of quality Jewish education professionals. This report focuses on the recruitment side of this issue and offers insights into five key functions in the recruitment process. The report is based on data obtained from a survey of young alumni of two initiatives focused on recruiting talent to the field of Jewish education.
