Abstract:
The author states that all Jewish educational professionals suffer from extremely low compensation, little or no benefits packages, and a low 'status' in the community. Amidst cries for better Jewish professionals in educational institutions, the author challenges the community to increase the level of compensation and regard for those who educate the community.
