Abstract:
In this roundtable discussion, Blanchard, Cohen and Gottsegen reflect on the reemergence of religion in politics. They investigate how people are forming loyalties to purposes beyond themselves and their families in new ways; they also look at how the functions and meanings of the political and religious realms are changing.
