Abstract:
The authors outline approaches and models which may be useful for synagogues to clarify the purposes and goals of their education programs, and to enrich these programs and help them to achieve their goals. Their recommendations include parental involvement, arts events and other large-scale events, combining instruction with after-school day care, and flexibility of schedule.
