Abstract:
In light of Barak, Netanyahu, and Sharon's positions on the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, the author argues that Arafat's moment of truth, if he wants to see the creation of a Palestinian state in his life time, is now, and he had better seize the opportunity to cut a deal with Barak.
