Abstract:
This study is a compendium of facts on Florida's housing, highlighting the tremendous diversity in housing characteristics across the state. Divided into four sections, the report examines the effect of immigration on the housing stock, Florida's housing stock, the affordability of the housing stock, and price trends and forecasts for Florida's housing stock.
