Abstract:

The blog of the Pioneer Portfolio, Pioneering Ideas, hosts three discussions of the need for, and value of, system change in the medical justice arena.



RWJF Senior Program Officer and Pioneer team member Nancy Barrand and Senior Counsel Jim Ingram introduce the concept of administrative health courts and explaining why Pioneer is supporting the development and testing of this new model of medical justice.
