Abstract:
As part of Aligning Forces for Quality: The Regional Market Project, RWJF and the Center for Health Improvement studied key attributes of the health care markets in 14 communities, seeking a better understanding of how to help communities drive and sustain high-quality health care for patients with chronic illnesses. The study shows why quality improvement efforts must account for local and regional variations.
