This RWJF-supported report by the nation's major health plans summarizes and shares what those companies know about disparities in health care delivery. The authors propose key steps to build on that knowledge—collecting additional data, enhancing access for non-English speakers, supporting investment in disparities reduction, and disseminating what member plans have learned.
