Abstract:
Health care leaders met on June 3, 2004, in Washington, D.C., to discuss the state of the nation's hospitals and a vision for their future. RWJF and the Center for Health Design sponsored the event. The focal point of the discussion: an analysis of over 600 studies connecting patient health and the quality of care to hospital design.
