This report for the Information for Indiana (IFI) Initiative discusses improvements that should be made to the Indiana property tax data system. Easily available information about property tax assessments and tax bills could make for better tax policy by the legislature and better administration of the tax and assessment system by state and local officials. It could also help taxpayers reduce their tax bills.
