Abstract:

This report addresses pre-war intelligence estimates of Iraq's missile and UAV programs and the findings of the Iraq Survey Group (ISG). Although Iraq did fire missiles at U.S. forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) in 2003, comprehensive post-war inspections revealed that some aspects of Iraq's missile and UAV programs were different than previously characterized by the Intelligence Community. This report will be not be updated.
