Just as California led the market for personal computers and internet technologies in the past two decades, the state can now take advantage of another booming market--renewable energy. Renewable Energy and Jobs describes how market policies that guarantee fair treatment for renewable energy could promote the development of California's in-state resources and position California companies to capitalize on the growing international market--producing tremendous benefits for the state economy.
