This report presents key findings from an assessment of demographic, education and juvenile justice data for West Contra Costa County, California, with a focus on the city of Richmond, California. The data illustrate the status of API youth in this county, providing a portrayal that often differs from common stereotypes about their success. The report also includes comparative data for other racial/ethnic groups.
