Abstract:
The magnitude of climate change impacts (acute, chronic, direct and indirect) continues to be higher for low-income communities in all parts of the world. On a global scale, the harmful effects of climate change include extreme heat, water shortages, flooding, more violent weather, and increased incidence and spread of disease.
