Abstract:
Health care has emerged as one of the top concerns of Americans in recent years. To understand what forces are driving this change, Families USA posed a variation of a question raised by Ronald Reagan more than two decades ago: When it comes to health care, are we better off today than we were four years ago? The results of our analysis show that the answer is a clear no.
