Abstract:
A Special Report. The State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) has made rapid progress in reducing the number of children without health coverage. Now, however, a combination of factors is likely to reduce program enrollment and increase the number of uninsured children. This report discusses the three factors likely to lead to a drop in SCHIP enrollment, including the "SCHIP funding dip."
