Abstract:

This paper describes the methodology we used to derive estimates of the impact of the proposals in the Administration’s fiscal year 2005 budget affecting the “Section 8” housing voucher program. Findings based on this methodology are included in a series of Center analyses (available on the internet at http://www.cbpp.org/housingvoucher.htm) that examine the Administration’s proposals.
