Abstract:

This paper includes two views of Big Business Day. The first, an analysis of the Corporate Democracy Act, demonstrates that the act is an attack on the profit motive which would reduce economic efficiency and exacerbate the problems the act's authors seek to solve. The second is an examination of the groups and personalities sponsoring Big Business Day.
