Abstract:
The Nicaraguan connection, through which the Sandinista government supplies and supports subversive activities in Central America, makes Nicaragua's problems regional. A concentrated effort of the United States in cooperation with the OAS could mobilize the necessary forces to sever the connection and end the political and military threat which Nicaragua now poses toward its neighbors.
