Abstract:
In recent decades, the U.S. and Mexico have differed on foreign policy issues. For example, Mexican policy toward Cuba has been open and cordial, while the U.S. has sought to isolate Castro. Today the differences between Mexico and the U.S. are highlighted principally by Central American policy.
