Abstract:

Free trade has played a crucial art in the economic development of the West. Trade and economic diifficulties in the U. S . and around the world not only pose the danger of protectionism and closed markets but offer an opportunity to utilize new and creative ways to open markets further. FTAS serve just this purpose and should be employed vigorously by the Administration.
