Abstract:

The purpose of the Understanding Medicaid Parents’ Experience with the Health Care System report is to summarize findings from the Promoting Healthy Development Survey-PLUS (PHDS-PLUS). This survey was conducted by telephone with adult/parent respondents whose children are enrolled in Medicaid in three of the four ABCD States and asks about the health promotion and developmental services received by children. This report shows results from a combined three State sample (Vermont, Washington and North Carolina).
