Abstract:
This report discusses how the Affordable Care Act will make Medicare work more efficiently by improving the way providers deliver care, modernizing how Medicare pays for services, and eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse in the system. These changes will also reduce costs, make the program more sustainable, and allow for better benefits for those who depend on Medicare.
