Abstract:
State and local governments' revenues from gambling rose 2 percent in fiscal year 2010 compared to the previous year, following an unprecedented dip. Nonetheless, total revenues from gambling remained lower than in fiscal year 2008. Pennsylvania accounted for nearly half the nationwide growth in 2010.
