Abstract:

This report presents the findings of a focus group study of "Senior Jewish Educators" in the United States and Canada, conducted from May through September, 1987. This study addresses these questions from the vantage point of the senior educators themselves. Thus, the primary source of data for the study consists of focus groups with current senior Jewish educators as well as others such as undergraduates and teachers, representing the types of people who may be induced to enter the
field.
