This article presents in brief a small sample of the current state of some Jewish communities throughout the world; it discusses the pros and cons of Intra-Jewish Ecumenism; the integration of Ethiopian Jews and America's Ethiopian Hebrews into the wider Jewish community; Jewish genetic distinctiveness; the successes and struggles of a unique village for handicapped people in Israel.
